I like it, it's clever, but we should ask these lackeys if they agree it will work. We don't want to be caught in a loophole we didn't think all the way through. As it stands, I believe we should act similarly to how we did at Moonrise. There is no point in fireballing the bridge while we still stand upon it - speak to them and they may reveal more as we go.
