I’ve been considering that, but I think we have to operate under the assumption it is true. It would easily be proven false by the first pair to achieve it, and if word got out no one would pursue it. They must want it to happen for a reason, or they would offer no such incentive.

As for the utility of that particular spell, I imagine there are a few select situations it might be of use. You could make Kanda feel especially polite like his friend Lavi for example.
