Bandaging it to give it support but still allow for movement in the joints, sandwiching some pieces of multi-folded paper to act as flatter, softer splints to help keep the hand straighter when in resting. ]
[ it seems mostly healed over externally, but not fully healed in terms of movement - being totally smashed does things to your Bones - but he's pretty stoic about the treatment and lets him do what he needs to without whining or interrupting.
